All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). If you order a custom or personalized handmade item, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Reloved Artisan is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please verify your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-send it.
